Flirt Cosmetics accepts orders that are shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories).
Flirt Cosmetics orders are shipped and delivered by UPS or USPS on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the delivery options available for your online order.

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Some items sold by Flirt Cosmetics require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Flirt Cosmetics, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
Flirt Cosmetics is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Flirt Cosmetics is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Service.
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to U.S. Territories and to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
Please fill out the Return Merchandise/ Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoice. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice. Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at 1-866-271-5863 for assistance. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
